Kristi Bitetti

Kristi, owner and master colorist, brings her 30 years of knowledge and expertise to the profession. She has relocated to Charlotte from Syracuse NY, where she has owned an upscale hair salon for the past 14 years, Artistry in Hanover. While in Charlotte she opened yet another boutique salon. She received her Master Colorist Certification through the Goldwell Academy in Baltimore. Kristi also participated in Goldwell’s Project Glossy competition and placed in the top 25 out of over 600 entries .

Anneke Dikkers

Anneke is new to Via, but not new to the industry -she brings 7 years of experience with her. She is a Charlotte native, who attended Aveda Institute in New Mexico and returned to Charlotte to work as a stylist. She has attended Vidal Sassoon Academy in Los Angeles for advanced woman’s cutting and Chicago for advanced men’s cutting. Her specialties include cutting, balayage, and blonding techniques.

Megan Bagaason

Megan is a Paul Mitchell Charlotte graduate who loves creating hair that feels natural, effortless, and true to you. She spent two years training under master colorist Kristi Bitetti, where she built a strong foundation in modern color techniques. Megan is especially passionate about soft, natural-looking color that enhances her clients’ individuality and fits their everyday lifestyle. She takes the time to listen, making sure each guest feels comfortable, confident, and excited about their hair—both in the salon and at home.

Stephanie Vieira

Stephanie is a dedicated hairstylist who graduated in 2020 and continues to improve her skills by staying updated on the latest industry trends. She is a certified Bellami Hair Extensions specialist and takes pride in offering high-quality services tailored to each client's unique needs. “My main priority is ensuring every client that sits in my chair leaves looking and feeling more confident about themselves. Your beauty is my passion, and I am dedicated to helping you shine.”

Ashley Harron

Ashley is a Paul Mitchell Charlotte graduate who loves helping clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for during every visit to Via Salon. She is passionate about creating a positive, relaxing experience and pays close attention to the details that make each appointment feel seamless. Ashley has a growing passion for working with natural curls and soft, natural-looking color, and she enjoys helping clients embrace their texture while enhancing their overall look. As she continues to refine her skills, she is dedicated to making sure every guest feels heard, confident, and excited about their hair from start to finish.

Isaac High

Isaac is a graduate of Paul Mitchell The School Charlotte and is dedicated to the continued refinement of his craft while working alongside our team of stylists. His work spans both men’s and women’s hair, guided by a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach. Outside the salon, Isaac enjoys the outdoors, reading and music.
