Cancellation Policy
At VIA, our stylists’ time is just as valuable as your time. We understand that life happens, however we kindly ask that you respect our time by notifying us of any appointment cancellations 48 hours in advance.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hrs of notice will be charged 50% of your total service cost.
